Inegol Faculty of Business Administration (INIF) was established in 2010 as affiliated to
Uludağ University in accordance with the decree of the Council of Ministers dated
08/04/2010 and published in the Official Gazette dated 28/04/2010. INIF Business
Administration Department started normal formal education in 2012-2013 academic year and
the language of instruction is TURKISH.

The Department of Business Administration is designed to provide students with the skills
needed by the public and private sectors at national and international level, in accordance with
the requirements of the age, who have grasped the basic functions of business science and can
apply these basic functions in local and global business environments, who are compatible
with the global business world, who understand the team spirit, who are aware of ethical
behavior and social responsibility issues, who understand the importance of the lifelong
learning process, It aims to prepare and train human resources equipped with business
administration, entrepreneurship and management formation and skills, who have the ability
to create and manage strategies using contemporary management tools and methods and to
increase performance in various areas of the business, to develop creative solutions and to
create effective strategies to implement solutions.

The Department of Business Administration trains its students to be employed in many fields
for the public and private sectors. The stakeholders with which the Department of Business
Administration interacts can be summarized as CMB, SPT, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of
Labor, Ministry of Finance, various institutions and organizations affiliated to ministries,
especially universities, research institutions, institutes, private sector organizations and their
senior organizations - Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Employer Organizations, etc.
With its rich and qualified academic staff, the Department of Business Administration strives
to provide the best education that will provide the scientific thinking necessary for academic
research to its students who want to continue their advanced academic studies (master's and
doctorate).
The job opportunities of our graduates can generally be listed as follows: Private sector
organizations, especially banks, small, medium and large-scale enterprises. In addition to
these, CMB, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Trade,
Ministry of Labor, etc. senior staff of the public bureaucracy and expertise and inspectorates
in public institutions. In addition, graduates of this program can also establish their own
