Student Affairs

The Student Affairs Office is responsible for the creation, updating, and archiving of files for all students in our faculty. In this context, it oversees the preparation of all kinds of documents related to students [Student Certificate, Transcript Certificate, Military Service Deferral Certificate (Appendix-C2), Student ID Card, Diploma, Diploma Supplement, Honor Certificates, etc.], as well as all kinds of student procedures with internal and external university units (military procedures, pardons, horizontal/vertical transfer procedures, etc.), transactions with educational institutions, and the filing and archiving of any decision related to students within the university.

The procedures for students who have lost their diplomas are as follows

Graduate students who have lost their diplomas apply by filling out forms at the Student Affairs Advisory Desks, along with a notice to be published in the national newspaper and a receipt showing that they have deposited 100 TL into the Halk Bankası Uludağ University branch. New diplomas will be issued within 1 month.

Password Procedures

When students who have forgotten their passwords email their institutional email addresses to the Student Affairs Office or to [email protected] (with their ID card information), a new password will be sent to their email addresses.

 

NOTE: No fee is charged for any documents issued by our faculty to students.
